Refund Policy

Cashcraft Pty Ltd does not offer refunds on subscription payments. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your paid period.
1. No refunds
All subscription fees paid to Cashcraft Pty Ltd (for StoreSignals, Convrs, and Sendrly) are non-refundable. This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including:
- Cancelling your subscription before the end of a billing period
- Failure to use the Product after subscribing
- Dissatisfaction with any feature or functionality
- Change of business circumstances
- Store migration or closure
2. Free trials
All Cashcraft products offer a free trial period (14 days for paid plans). No payment is required to start a trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to the Product until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid.
4. Exceptions
The only circumstances in which we will issue a refund are:
- Duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a processing error.
- Unauthorised charge — if you can demonstrate that a charge was made without your authorisation and you notify us within 14 days.

5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a violation of our Terms and may result in immediate account suspension. Please contact us first — we respond to billing concerns within 2 business days.
6. Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will receive 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use of a Product after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
